Who we can help — and who we refer elsewhere

Every engagement starts with a 45-minute online consultation (USD 250) or a free written contact request. We reply in Italian or English, usually within one business day.

• We help: Italians in the U.S., Italian companies operating in the United States, and U.S. persons with Italian assets, income, companies or inheritances.
• We work alongside your existing Italian accountant or U.S. professional when one is already in place, on the cross-border part only.
• We do not give opinions on U.S. federal or Florida law on our own: those are handled with appropriately licensed U.S. professionals.
• For immigration filings we provide orientation and refer the case to licensed U.S. immigration counsel.
