Two ways to reach us: free written request or paid consultation
- Free contact request: describe your situation in writing and we come back to you with an initial orientation, usually within one business day.
- Paid consultation: 45 minutes, USD 250, by video call or in person at the St. Petersburg office, with a concrete position on your file.
What happens after you submit
- You receive an e-mail confirmation immediately.
- For a paid booking, payment is processed securely and the meeting is confirmed by e-mail; if payment is not completed, nothing is charged and the request is not confirmed.
- We ask for the documents that matter before the call: residence history, entity documents, accounts, prior filings.
- During the call you get the position, the filings due and the order to do them in; a written follow-up is available as a separate engagement.
What to prepare for the consultation
- Where you have been tax resident in the last three years, with dates of moves.
- Entities you own or control, in Italy or the United States, with ownership percentages.
- Bank, brokerage and pension accounts, and their highest balances.
- Real estate and inheritances, with country of location.
- Filings already made or missed: Italian returns, U.S. returns, FBAR, Quadro RW.
Typical reasons clients book a consultation
Every engagement starts with a 45-minute online consultation (USD 250) or a free written contact request. We reply in Italian or English, usually within one business day.
- They are about to open a Florida LLC and want the Italian consequences before, not after.
- They have a U.S. account, LLC or property that was never declared in Italy.
- They received an IRS or Agenzia delle Entrate letter and need to know which country is right.
- They are moving to Florida, or moving back to Italy, and the year of the move is unclear.
- They inherited, or will leave, assets located in the United States.
What the consultation is not
- It is not U.S. legal advice: matters of U.S. federal or Florida law are handled with appropriately licensed U.S. professionals.
- It is not the filing itself: preparing returns, formation or regularisation is a separate engagement, quoted after the consultation.
- It is not a substitute for documents: conclusions depend on the facts and papers you provide.
